- All prices do not include shipping and handling.
- Most orders will ship within 30 business days.
- Orders may be expedited at additional cost based on product availability. Contact email@example.com.
- All shipments will be sent via UPS unless otherwise specified by the customer in writing.
- Shipping, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the shipper.
- Claims for damage due to transit should be made by notifying Stereo Optical Company, Inc. within 5 days after receipt of order.
- To make a claim related to damage due to transit, customer must have ALL original packaging material.
- All returns must be authorized by Stereo Optical Company.
- Return shipments will NOT be accepted without a Return Materials Authorization Number, obtained from customer service.

- ALL RETURNS AFTER 15 DAYS WILL BE CHARGED A 30% RESTOCKING FEE.
- NO RETURNS for credit will be accepted after 45 days.
- Shipping charge will not be credited on returns unless item is defective.
- Warranty on a repair is only valid for 90 days.
