F.A.C.T., the Functional Acuity Contrast Test, is the contrast sensitivity test that I developed back in early 90s and it has five-size grading , fuzzy bars, different sizes from large to small, and also has the contrast levels goes from high to low and the patient is simply reporting going from the left to the right, the last grading patch they can see for each size and they tell you whether it is going to the right, up or to the left and from those five points that gets connected and creates the contrast sensitivity.
